Mall Locations

Having a location in a mall is the most profitable way to operate a Friendly Folks business.  After a typical Christmas season, many dealers are still left with over $20,000 of profit.  Not bad for two months work!
However, it also requires the greatest investment.   But if you’re up for the challenge and are looking to make some “serious” money, I would consider this route.  We usually go into 4-5 malls during the Christmas season and after years of doing this, we’ve put together a system that works.  This system includes the following:

Deciding which mall you want to be in.

Getting accepted into the mall

Putting Together a Display

Hiring Employees

Inventory Management

Expanding to multiple locations

As a dealer, you’ll have access to our Dealer Resource Center which goes over the basics of our system.  But since every mall and situation is different, we’ll also set up a two hour online training session with you so we can  go over the system with you in detail and answer any questions you might have.

If you are interested in opening a mall location, call us right away.  We still might be able to get you in before Thanksgiving.
But if you’re interested for next year, let us know in January and we’ll start working on it.  We have mall contact all over the country and can probably get you into the mall of your choice.
